Delete Your CloudCraft Data or Account

This page explains how to request deletion of the data CloudCraft collects, or your entire QuikDB account.

How to request deletion​

1. Open CloudCraft and sign in.
2. Go to Profile (bottom navigation).
3. Tap Delete My Data.
4. Type delete my account to confirm.
5. Choose whether to also delete your entire QuikDB account (see below), then confirm.

If you can't access the app (for example, you're locked out and can't sign in), email support@quikdb.net from the email address on your account and request deletion. We will verify you own the account before deleting anything.

What gets deleted, and when​

Deletion happens immediately when you confirm — there is no waiting period, and it cannot be undone.

By default, deleting your CloudCraft data removes:

• Your CloudCraft game profile: XP, level, streak, badges, completed scenarios
• Your exam prep history: saved high scores, per-level scores, recent sessions, and readiness tracking
• Your CloudCraft purchase records (subscription and in-app purchase history)
• Your Operation streak-recovery history

Your QuikDB account itself is not deleted by default — the same account can be used for other QuikDB products (Compute, Notes, and others). If you'd also like your entire QuikDB account deleted, select that option in the deletion dialog, or say so in your email request. That additionally removes:

• Your linked sign-in methods (Google, email)
• Your QuikDB rewards balance
• Your account profile (email, display name)

What is not deleted, even with full account deletion:

• Records QuikDB is required to retain for legal, tax, or fraud-prevention purposes (for example, purchase records needed for financial reconciliation with Google Play), retained only as long as legally required and not used for any other purpose
• Anonymized or aggregated data that no longer identifies you
