CloudCraft Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains what data CloudCraft collects, how it's used, and how you can request its deletion. It covers CloudCraft only — not other QuikDB products.

Information We Collect​

Account information:

  • Email address — used to sign you in (Google Sign-In or a one-time email code) and manage your account
  • An internal account identifier tied to your game profile, progress, and purchases

Purchase history: Subscription and in-app purchase records from Google Play (product, entitlement, status, expiry), used to grant and track what you've unlocked.

Device push-notification ID: A Firebase Cloud Messaging token, used to send session and subscription reminders. Only collected if you allow notifications — you can decline.

Gameplay data: Your CloudCraft progress — XP, level, streak, badges, completed scenarios, and exam prep history (saved high scores, per-level scores, readiness tracking).

How We Use Your Information​

  • App functionality and account management — authentication, syncing your progress, granting purchased entitlements
  • Developer communications — subscription and streak-recovery reminders sent by email or push notification
  • Fraud prevention and compliance — purchase records are checked to prevent reuse across accounts and reconciled against Google Play records for refunds and revocations

We do not use your data for advertising, do not run any analytics or tracking SDK, and do not use it to personalize content.

Sharing​

Purchase tokens are sent to Google Play to validate a purchase — Google already holds this record as the payment processor for the transaction. We do not share CloudCraft data with advertising, marketing, or analytics third parties, and we do not sell your data.

Data Retention​

Your CloudCraft data is retained until you request deletion. Purchase records may be retained longer where required for financial reconciliation or legal compliance, and are not used for any other purpose during that time.

How to Request Deletion​

You can delete your CloudCraft data, or your entire QuikDB account, at any time from Profile → Delete My Data inside the app. Deletion is immediate. See docs.quikdb.com/cloudcraft-delete-account for exactly what's deleted and what's retained.

Children's Privacy​

CloudCraft is not intended for individuals under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have collected information from a child, contact us so we can delete it.

Changes to This Policy​

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. We'll update the "Last Updated" date above when we do.
