Always-On vs Auto-Sleep
- Hobby and Builder — Containers auto-sleep after a period of inactivity. They wake automatically on the next incoming request (cold start may add a few seconds of latency).
- Startup and Team — Containers stay running 24/7.
Upgrading
You can upgrade your plan at any time from the Subscription page in the dashboard. The upgrade takes effect immediately, and you're charged the prorated difference for the remainder of the billing cycle.
Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription from the dashboard. Your deployments remain active until the end of the current billing period, then they are stopped.
